Do I need Insurance coverage?.

Yes,  insurance is required on all storage units at Oro Self Storage. You may already have coverage on your home owners policy. Check  your policy, it may offer storage protection, most do not. 

If not, then we offer a very reasonable policy, with excellent storage protection. You can rest assured, that your contents are protected against burglary, fire, smoke, windstorm, water damage, mold, pests and vermin, among other perils. Please check our user agreement for all of the details.

What is the cost?

Oro Self Storage offers a very affordable storage protection plan, that provides up to $5000 coverage, with $500 deductible, for  just $12.95 / four weeks.  This fee can simply be added to your recurring invoice, so you are covered from the day you move in.  Extra coverage is available for an additional premium.
