We are a family owned and operated, self storage facilty. The business is owned and operated by Ed and Debbie Brassington. Our daughter Vicky, helps with the administration and running of the facility and is the friendly voice on the phone when you call the office. 

We are long term residents of Oro-Medonte and have lived and owned a business in the township for over 35 years. We are proud to provide our self storage facility to local residents and businesses. 

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We originally installed a few storage units for our own use in our HVAC service business. Some of our employees asked if they could store some personal items in vacant units. 

As time went on, we realized that there was a need for additional storage space in the area. We now offer different size units, to accommodate the contents of a single room, whole house, or even just a few seasonal items that you have no room for at home. 

Perhaps you are a student, that needs some extra space between semesters, or a cottage owner who needs a place to store seasonal items, canoes, kayaks, skis, golf clubs etc. Or a business looking to store extra inventory. 

Our units are new, clean, dry, and secure. They are weatherproof and resistant to insects, rodents, and other wildlife.

Our site is well-illuminated, with high-resolution video surveillance. You can access your unit at any time of the day or night.
